AFTER-HOURS AVAILABILITY
For after-hours assistance, we have recently added call
forwarding to make ourselves more accessible to our
customers' needs for after-hours service. Please
use the contact pages to find the correct stores' after
hours phone number.
SECURING OUT OF STOCK PARTS
For non-stock or out of stock parts, we offer a variety of solutions to help our customers get their repair parts as quickly as possible. Normal parts ordering is done daily up to 5:45 p.m., and parts in stock at the Denver Parts Depot can be picked up at 6 a.m. the following day at our dealership.
If a customer's parts needs are more urgent, we can set up a will call at the Denver Parts Depot and they can be picked up by the customer within a 2-hour notice or we can use our computer system to locate the closest dealership that may have the parts you need. Any of the parts that are not in stock at our store or at the Denver Parts Depot can be shipped by Next Day Air. We also offer direct ship parts that gives you the option to have your parts shipped directly to your home or shop.

We have a total of 10 parts persons with a total of 110 years of experience. We have a good variety of parts persons with a wide diversity of experience to help us provide quality service to our customers. More about our staff
PARTS AVAILABILITY
Our dealerships keep almost $1,250,000 in parts inventory for John Deere and a variety of other makes and brands of equipment. Our inventory includes a good selection of A & I parts, a company that John Deere partners with, to provide a parts source for our customers with other makes & brands of equipment. We have over 85% of the parts in stock that our customers need for repairs and generally fix them up on their first stop. We review the sales history of our parts on a daily basis to ensure we will have the correct parts in-stock at our dealership for your equipment. We enjoy the challenge and take pride in locating those hard to find parts, new or used.
